Dave founded Molly Hatchet and co-wrote their classic tunes, such as, "Flirtin' With Disaster",
"Gator Country", "Beatin' The Odds", as well as other Hatchet material from 1978-1984. Dave
was also the subject of feature articles in "Guitar Player" and "Rolling Stone" magazines.
